Description
The Galileo Flow 60 combines high-performance extraction, responsive induction cooking, and a refined minimalist design — all within a compact 60cm frame that’s perfect for smaller kitchen layouts.
Launching in 2025, this model features a frameless black glass surface with subtle matte accents, giving it a premium, contemporary look that blends seamlessly into modern island or countertop settings. At its core is Faber’s powerful built-in extractor, delivering up to 800m³/h motor capacity to quickly clear cooking moisture and lingering odours.
The hob offers four independent induction zones, plus two bridge zones for flexible pan placement and precise heat control. Touch-sensitive controls are perfectly aligned with the cooking areas, ensuring effortless, intuitive operation.
Cleaning and upkeep are easy thanks to top-access grease filters and a removable liquid collection tray. The Galileo Flow 60 is compatible with three charcoal filter types — pleated, long-life, and ceramic — allowing you to customise your setup for either ducted or recirculating installation.
Rated A+ for energy efficiency, the Flow 60 runs quietly while delivering professional-grade performance and elegant design at a great value.
